Nabb Research Center Hosts Basket Weaving Workshops

SALISBURY, MD---The Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture at Salisbury University presents two pine needle basket weaving workshops from 1-3:30 p.m. and 5-7:30 p.m. Monday, November 10.

In celebration of Native American History Month, Dawn Manyfeathers teaches the techniques needed to make traditional pine needle coil baskets. No experience is necessary.

Cost of the workshop is $25 per person. Nabb Research Center members and SU students receive a $5 discount. Workshop space is limited.
