Music Department Presents First Honors Recital March 15

SALISBURY, MD--The Salisbury University Department of Music presents its first Honors Recital on Monday, March 15, at 7:30 p.m. in the Great Hall of Holloway Hall.  Students, who were selected by competitive audition, perform works by Brahms, Chopin and Mozart.  The program is approximately an hour.  Admission is free and the public is cordially invited. Performers are Lesley O’Brien (psychology major), Danielle Carbonie (music – teacher certification), James Gillespie (music), Sun Eun Kim (music) and Stephen Givens (English-teacher certification). Dr. Timothy O’Rourke, dean of the Fulton School of Liberal Arts, will present awards. Dr. William Folger of the Music Department is the organizer of the event.
