Kotlowski Attends National History Policy Conference 

SALISBURY, MD -- Dr. Dean Kotlowski of the History Department at Salisbury State University recently attended the Third National Policy History Conference at Bowling Green State University where he presented the paper, "Native American Policy Under Nixon and Ford." Kotlowski’s article, "The Knowles Affair: Nixon’s Self-Inflicted Wound," has been published in the September 2000 issue of Presidential Studies Quarterly.
