Historic Preservation Lecture Series Continues"  

SALISBURY, MD---In recognition of Historic Preservation Month, the Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture, presents “Restoration of Long Hill: The Original Dashiell Plantation” by Dr. Donald Singleton, Salisbury State University communication arts faculty at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16.

The public is invited to the free event at the Nabb Center located in the Power Professional Building near the corner of Wayne and Power streets.

Singleton gives an overview of the restoration at Long Hill in Wicomico County and highlights the difference in life styles of the property’s two owners in 1697 and 1810.
