Fleming, who taught music and music education at Salisbury State for 45 years; and staunch supporter of education, Del. Norman H. Conway (D, District 38), a 1965 graduate of Salisbury State who has represented the Lower Eastern Shore in the Maryland General Assembly since 1987.
