'Delmarvans at War' Exhibit Returns to Nabb Research Center March 23-May 15

Civil War GraphicSALISBURY, MD---Families throughout the Delmarva Peninsula were greatly impacted by both Union and Confederate supporters and events during the Civil War era.

Salisbury University’s Edward H. Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture commemorates the 150th anniversary of the Civil War with the exhibit “Delmarvans at War.” The installation returns to the center’s gallery, 190 Wayne Street, from March 23-May 15.

Through photographs, maps, diaries, correspondence, newspapers and other seldom-seen documents, the exhibit features the people of Delmarva on both the home front and the battlefield.

Gallery hours are 1-4 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Sponsored by the Nabb Research Center, admission is free and the public is invited.
