Caitlin Gordon Student Commencement Speaker"  

SALISBURY, MD---Caitlin Gordon, 20, daughter of Mary and Harry Hodgdon of Fredrick is Salisbury State University’s student commencement speaker. She is a member of numerous organizations and speaks at graduation on Saturday, May 26.

     A communication arts major, Gordon plans to spend the summer camping in Canada before working for a non-profit company.

     While at SSU she was active in numerous groups including Pi Gamma Mu, the social science honor society; SSU’s newspaper The Flyer; and the campus radio station WSUR as a disc jockey and personnel director

     The graduation is at 10 a.m. at the Wicomico County Civic Center. She speaks to more than 1,000 graduates about their future after college.
