SU Hosts Passover Dinner Wednesday, April 4
SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University celebrates Passover with a dinner in the Bistro of the Commons 4:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 4, as part of its spring International Dinner Series.
The menu includes matzah ball soup, prime rib au jus, baked salmon with basil oil, potato latkes, sliced carrots, asparagus, apple crisp and macaroons.
Sponsored by University Dining Services and the Cultural Affairs Office, cost is $13.50, $8.15 for children ages 5 and under. Reservations are not required.
