SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University celebrates Passover and Easter during its spring Festival of Foods series.
A Passover dinner is 4:30-7:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 20. The menu includes matzah ball soup, prime rib au jus, baked salmon with basil oil, roasted turkey, matzah stuffing, potato latkes, ratatouille, asparagus, apple crisp and macaroons.
Easter dinner is 4:30-8 p.m. Sunday, April 24. The menu includes sliced sirloin with gravy, carved ham, candied sweet potatoes, asparagus, pineapple bake, coconut cupcakes and assorted candy.
Both are in the Commons. Sponsored by the Office of Cultural Affairs and University Dining Services, cost is $10.67, $6.48 for children 6-12 and free for children 5 and under.
