SGA Hosts Annual 'I Love Salisbury' Student Volunteer Event Saturday, November 6

SALISBURY, MD---Hundreds of Salisbury University students spend the day volunteering at sites throughout the community during the Student Government Association's annual “I Love Salisbury” event Saturday, November 6.

An opening ceremony is at 10 a.m. in Red Square. From there, students travel to sites throughout Salisbury and surrounding areas, providing volunteers for everything from community cleanups to soup kitchens. Service sites include the Ward Museum of Wildfowl Art; Maryland Food Bank; Urban Salisbury; Wicomico Day School; Shore Up!; Salisbury Zoological Park; Salisbury City Park; Downtown Salisbury; and God's Glory, New Beginning and St. Paul AME Zion churches.
