SALISBURY, MD---Video self-portraits produced by artists Michael Sarff and Tim Whidden are shown together for the first time during the exhibit “MTAA: 2 Live” at Salisbury University’s Electronic Gallery.
The exhibit runs September 8-October 23.
In these often humorous performances of conflict and communication, the artists use their images as avatars to reflect the vast chatter of a media-oriented society. Featured pieces include “Stills From the Interview,” “Our Political Work,” “Infinite Smile” and Karaoke DeathMatch 100.”
The gallery is located in Teacher Education and Technology Center Room 113. Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday-Friday, noon-4 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free and the public is invited.
