New Orleans Professor Speaks on Policy Issues and Katrina

class=""MsoNormal"">Dr. Susan Howell, a professor of political science at the University of New Orleans, explores those issues and more as she presents “‘I can't imagine it:’ Public Policy Before and After Katrina” 7 p.m. Tuesday, November 8, in the Great Hall of Holloway Hall.
