Littleton Dennis Teackle Uncovered

SALISBURY, MD--- The Nabb Research Center for Delmarva History and Culture at Salisbury University presents a free lecture, "The Teackles in Flesh and Bone," in celebration of Preservation Month.

Decorative arts dealer and Somerset County Historical Society member William Germain of Princess Anne discusses his recent work documenting the life of Littleton Dennis Teackle, Saturday, May 3, at 1 p.m.

Teackle was a prominent 19th century Somerset County resident. He led a fascinating life establishing connections with many important figures of his day including President James Madison.
