Naval Academy Trombone Quartet Performs April 3" 

SALISBURY, MD---The United States Naval Academy Band’s Trombone Quartet performs in the Great Hall of Holloway Hall at Salisbury State University on Tuesday, April 3, at 7 p.m. Admission is free and the public is invited.

The quartet’s repertoire varies from Bach organ transcriptions to 20th century composers such as Bozza and Jacob. Ragtime, jazz and some popular selections also are prominently featured.

The group performs in the Navy’s concert band and jazz ensemble, as well as participating in marching and ceremonial functions. Band spokesmen said the quartet fully demonstrates the versatility and musical standards of the United States Naval Academy Band.
