SBDC Offers Business Program For Veterans December 9

class=""MsoNormal"">SALISBURY, MD---Are you a veteran who wants to start a business of your own? The Small Business Development Center at Salisbury University offers a veterans outreach program 9 a.m.-noon Friday, December 9, in Room 220 of the Power Professional Building at the corner of Wayne and Power streets.

class=""MsoNormal"">Veterans of all eras who have a small business or want to start a small business are invited to find out about special programs and resources designed to assist them in successful entrepreneurship.

class=""MsoNormal"">The program will go over the basics of business and of a business plan. Programs that may assist veteran small business owners include those for soldiers returning from military duty who want to get their businesses back on track; those competing for procurement opportunities, those pursuing financing through Small Business Administration-backed programs and those seeking to identify resources to stimulate business success.
