SSO Holiday Concert Marks Elliot's Farewell Performance

SALISBURY, MD---Salisbury University’s December musical performances culminate with the Salisbury Symphony Orchestra’s annual holiday concert at 8 p.m. Saturday, December 13, in Holloway Hall Auditorium.

Featuring classical symphony pieces from such composers as Mendelssohn and Tchaikovsky, as well as holiday favorites, the concert marks the farewell performance with the orchestra for Dr. Thomas Elliot, SSO director and founder. The concert also includes the Grieg Piano Concerto in A Minor featuring Dr. Linda Cockey, SU Music Department chair.

Admission is $15 for adults, $10 for SU ID holders and $5 for children 15 and under. The public is cordially invited.
