Perdue School Faculty Conference Activities

SALISBURY, MD--Dr. Ping Cheng, assistant professor of finance in the Franklin P. Perdue School of Business at Salisbury State University, recently wrote several articles for a pair of professional real estate journals.

"Geographic Diversification and Economic Fundamentals in Apartment Markets: A Demand Perspective" and "Real Estate Portfolio Reduction through Intracity Diversification" were accepted for publication in the Journal of Real Estate Portfolio Management.

"Portfolio Diversification and Caribbean Hospitality Real Estate" will be appearing in the winter edition of The Real Estate Financial Journal.
