Religious Groups Holiday Celebration Dec. 8

SALISBURY, MD---Two Salisbury State University student religious groups are hosting an evening of worship and praise during the holidays. On Friday, December 8, at 6:30 p.m. in Holloway Hall Auditorium, the University group BASIC (Brothers and Sisters in Christ) will conduct a short contemporary worship service led by Mike Dickerson, an SSU alum. At 7 p.m. the SSU Gospel Choir, directed by Debbie Johnson, performs in concert with traditional gospel and holiday selections. Guests choirs include the Salisbury Evangelistic Church of Deliverance and St. Paul’s AME Zion Church, also of Salisbury. All activities are free and open to the public.
