Editing
THE IMC provides 12 Avid Media Composer
editing suites, 3 Final Cut Pro video editing suites, and 5 Pro
Tools audio editing suites. These state of the art facilities
are open 80 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters.

Salisbury University operates eight
Avid non linear editing bays.

At this time we support the
P2,Mini DV,
DVC pro , S-VHS and VHS format

All Editing systems are
integrated by a Avid Unity Network, Avid Adrenaline work
stations are included in both television studios for editing in
SD or HD formats.

TETC room 335 provides a
classroom with a Avid Media Composer work station connected to
the Avid Unity network for basic editing instruction.
All editing systems can be reserved for use in
the Integrated Media Center on the
third floor of the Teacher Education and Technology
Complex.
Equipment is only available during regularly scheduled
hours and during normal campus work days
(8:30AM to midnight, M-Th and 8:30AM to 5PM on Fridays).
Under no circumstances can ANY copyrighted material
be copied, edited or reproduced in this area; all
machines are equipped with copy guard technology that
will prevent recording protected material.
In order to reserve or use editing facilities you
must first have completed the CMAT Eelectronic
Ffield Pproduction
(EFP) course or obtained training from the
Media Services department.

We no longer maintain
analog editing systems
for S-VHS and VHS formats.
