Faculty Scholarship Database
 Since
2003, the library has been building a
permanent record of
faculty awards and scholarship.
Highlighting the faculty's scholarly and creative output and its
contributions to service, community and teaching, the library hosts a Faculty
Reception to honor, applaud and congratulate the University’s faculty.
Faculty Collection
Every time a faculty member writes a book or creates a CD or DVD, the library
purchases two copies: one circulates, the other is preserved permanently in a
non-circulating Faculty Collection.
Faculty Tributes Program
Annually, the library purchases a book for each retiring
faculty member as a
tribute.
Faculty Research
Assistance in defraying some of these expenses will help the library
to
honor faculty and to support students by building the strong collections and
services
both need to continue to succeed.
