and access to company annual reports and SEC documents. Financial
statements are available for any U.S. company that is publicly traded.
Private companies do not file with the SEC, so statements are not
available. If a company is a subsidiary of a parent company, look
for financial statements of the parent company since the subsidiary's
information is not filed separately.

Buckmaster Annual Stockholder Reports
Provides SEC 10-K reports, annual reports (visual PDF), and current
stock quotes, stock charts & news for Fortune 500 Corporations.
*The Buckmaster Database is only available

Investor Relations
Information Network (IRIN) Provides over 3,500 annual reports
online. Use this service to show how the annual report actually
looks with photos/graphics. View the reports online or request
that a copy be sent to you via snail mail.

Off-campus, sign in using your Gull Card barcode and last name.
Choose Salisbury University as the campus and then click the log in

CAROL is an on-line service offering direct links to the
financial pages of listed companies in Europe and the U.S.
Requires a free registration process.

Investor Link)
Provides annual reports for European and United States
corporations.
Worldscope (Thomson Financial) via FirstSearch in Blackwell Library
Use the other databases listed on this guide first. If you cannot
find specific filings for your international company, this database
offers annual reports, disclosure statements, newspaper articles, and
wire service information. It is only available in the Blackwell
Library Reference Area and customers are provided access through the
Reference Librarian.
