Subject Guide: Business Annual Reports/SEC Documents

Business Home | Topic Guides | Course Guides

This guide lists sources which provide information and access to company annual reports and SEC documents.  Financial statements are available for any U.S. company that is publicly traded.  Private companies do not file with the SEC, so statements are not available.  If a company is a subsidiary of a parent company, look for financial statements of the parent company since the subsidiary's information is not filed separately.

For further information & assistance in using any of the sources listed, please contact our reference staff:

  • In person, at the Reference Desk on the 1st Floor of the Blackwell Library

  • By phone @ 410-548-5988

  • Through e-mail, using Ask-a-Librarian
