Locating Harvard
Business Review Articles in ResearchPort
HBR Publishing will not allow Harvard Business
Review articles to be posted (scanned or linked) in eReserves or
course management software such as WebCT.
To locate the full-text of a
specific HBR article in ResearchPort:
- Log-in to the
Business Source Premier database (off-campus,
sign-in with your 14-digit barcode on the back of your ID
Card and last name)
- At the top of the database main page, click on the Advanced Search
tab
- Select 'SO Publication Name' in the first pull-down menu and in the
text box enter Harvard Business Review
- Select 'Title' in the second pull-down menu and in the text box
enter the title of the article. Remember to leave off articles such as
the, a, an, etc.
- Click the search button at the top right
- Review the results list for the specific article needed.
- Click on the PDF version of the article so that graphics are
included. Click on the print icon in Adobe to print the article
rather than printing from the Internet browser. If the PDF
version is used versus the HTML version, the author may cite the article
as if it came from the publication versus citing the article as an
internet file.
