Library
Databases:
Please
use
Research Port to access library databases off campus. Select
Salisbury University as your campus and enter your name and
student number on the back of your Gull Card.
Business Source Premier Contains citations to articles in business
magazines and academic journals. Many of the articles are available
full text. A good place to
search for information about not-for-profit organizations such
as Habitat for Humanity.
Search Tips:
-
Resist the temptation to limit
your results to "full text". As this option will not allow you to
use the button. The
button allows you to see if a
resource is available in full text in another database.
-
Do a "Company
Profile" search from the top of the screen toolbar for
information on an individual company.
Gale Business Insights: Essentials [10 seats shared with
consortium] Provides reports researched by leading stock analysts.
Off-campus, sign in using your Gull Card barcode and last name.
Choose Salisbury University as the campus and then click the log in
button.
- In the pull down menu
select Company search, Industry Description or
Article search depending on your research needs.
