• Library Databases

Academic Search Complete:  In the limit box click on "peer reviewed scholarly journals" to limit your search. You may add Business Source Premier to your search by clicking on the "choose databases" tab.

ERIC:  ERIC is an education database. ERIC features articles and government publications.

JSTOR: JSTOR is a full text database of scholarly journals. Click on "articles" to limit your search.

Lexis Nexis:   Lexis Nexis is a full text database of national newspapers and some magazines. Lexis provides full text access to the Chronicle of Higher Education.

• To search only the Chronicle click on the "sources" tab on the left hand side. On the sources page enter the journal title in the "Find a Source" box on the right hand side. After all of this you should be able to click on your journal title and conduct a search.

To get information on a specific company use the business databases such as MorningStar and Value Line.

For access to databases off campus use Research Port.

• Interlibrary Loan(ILL)

 To get articles that Blackwell does not have in full text or paper you must request the item through interlibrary loan. First time users will have to create a password. After the password is created you can order as many articles as you need! Click here to get started: ILLIAD

• Note! You can use ILL to order books as well but make sure to check the USMAI catalog first. The USMAI catalog is the University of Maryland system's chared catalog.
