SU), ILL Books
and Loans from other USMAI Libraries.
Patrons
receive Blackwell Library circulation notices via e-mail:
Circulation notices
are automatically delivered via e-mail to
all library patrons. SU Group-wise is the official
e-mail that is
used for library communications. Notices are delivered as a courtesy only.
Library patrons are responsible for being aware of library
policies and procedures, monitoring
when items they borrow are due
back to the library, and reading e-mail messages on a
regular basis.

Public photocopiers
are located on the first floor near the building
entrance.

Faculty may ask at the Circulation Desk

a departmental copy card to be used at a
designated photocopier.
Recalls
Occasionally, materials are recalled. From the date of
the recall notice, borrowers have 14
days to return the
material. If materials are not returned by
the new recall date, special
recall fines will apply (see Fines
table above).

NOTE: SU does not have a renewal limit, but other
USMAI libraries may have differing

on the number of times an item can be renewed.
Interlibrary
Loan Renewals:
Renewal requests should be made 5 days before the due date listed on the
yellow band on
the cover of the ILL item. The lending library determines
whether or not to renew the item.

Returns
To avoid fines, patrons
should return borrowed items by the due date indicated on the

due slip or recall notice.
Items can be returned in the book
depository at the Circulation
Desk or in the outside
depository at the front entrance. or
your convenience, return
receipts are available.
