The program offers a stimulating environment for students who are interested in focusing exclusively on Italian language and culture. All the activities provided by the program are designed to increase the interaction with native speakers and to use Italian Language in conversation. The students will have the opportunity to visit some of the most important cities in Italy (Venice, Florence, Naples and Capri, Rome…) to participate in concerts, conferences and films in Italian organized by the University. The students will also have the opportunity to learn about Italian culture through the regional and national cuisine.  The program offers a stimulating environment for students who are interested in focusing exclusively on Italian

language and culture. All the activities provided by the program are designed to increase the interaction with native
speakers and to use Italian Language in conversation. The students will have the opportunity to visit some of the
most important cities in Italy (Venice, Florence, Naples and Capri, Rome…) to participate in concerts, conferences
and films in Italian organized by the University. The students will also have the opportunity to learn about Italian
culture through the Regional and national cuisine.

CLASS:
The University for Foreigners in Perugia offers courses in Italian language and culture at basic, intermediate and advanced levels of Italian. The courses refer to the Common European Framework of Reference for languages (CEFR) and are divided into:

- First Level Beginners Course A1
- Second Level Beginners Course A2
- First Level Intermediate Course B1
- Second Level Intermediate Course B2
- First Level Advanced Course C1
- Second Level Advanced Course C2

HOUSING:
Students can arrange housing prior to departure. It’s possible to use the Cercalloggio Umbria (a housing agency recommended by the University for Foreigners). Students who opt to wait until they reach Perugia (highly recommended) to search for accommodations find homes by answering advertisements and announcements that are posted around the school, in the city center, etc.

COST:
The Enrolment Fee is Euros 1,100 or approximately $1,435.

The fee includes: Tuition, Course materials, Certificate of attendance and a weekly tutoring to support students in all levels of Italian.

The fees also includes a welcome aperitivo, guided tour of Perugia, six vouchers to local restaurants, Pizza night, free access to all social activities offered by the University, Excursions (free choice trips to important Italian cities as Rome, Florence, Capri, Venice, etc.), City Card (free visit of all the museums of Perugia), free access to the University Wifi network.
