Salisbury University students are able to study in English courses in African studies, art ,conservation ecology, economics, English, history, literature, political science, service learning, sociology, theology, viticulture, and foreign languages just outside of Capetown, South Africa at the Univeristy of Stellenbosch through SU's long-term affiliated study abroad partner, American Institute of Foreign Studies.
