DROP-IN SESSIONS:

Faculty who need help with MyClasses, Panopto, TurningPoint, Turnitin, Respondus, and other resources supported by Instructional Design & Delivery (ID&D) are invited to stop by the Faculty Development Studio in AC 221 for assistance.  During the drop-in times instructional designers and student learning assistants are available for help, with no appointment needed.

USERS GROUP MEETINGS:

Every three weeks, Instructional Design & Delivery invites faculty and staff to join us to collaborate and communicate about experiences using the MyClasses learning management system, other instructional technologies (Panopto, Clickers, etc.) and share best practices in relation to their academic endeavors.  The agenda each month will consist of:

  • Highlights of what is new in MyClasses Canvas- MyClasses is updated every three weeks, so this is always something new coming around the corner.  We will highlight new features and functions and how this might affect faculty.
  • Feature of the Month- Highlight something within MyClasses or other instructional technology each month
  • Faculty Roundtable- Sharing of faculty with each other.
