This form is for faculty or staff already using MyClasses who desire a course backup file of a MyClasses course.  If you are student and need to be deleted from a course, please contact your instructor.

A MyClasses backup file is a compressed file of all content, design and student activity of a MyClasses course. The file will have a (.bak) extention and should be saved in a location for safekeeping.

If you need to retrieve anything from a MyClasses backup file - you will need to provide that file to ID&D to restore into MyClasses.
