The following FAQs are made available to
assist you in answering some of your
technical questions regarding MyClasses.

Q: How do I log in to
Blackboard 9.1?
A: Go to
myclasses9.salisbury.edu. Log in to Blackboard using
your SU network username and password.
Q: How do I add content
to Blackboard 9.1?
A: Click the icon in the upper right to turn 'edit mode'
from off to on. Then you can add
or edit content.
Q: How do I make my course
unavailable for students?
A: Under the
Control Panel, click Customization. Then
click Properties. Under section 3 change
the Course Availability to No. Then, click
Submit.
Q. Why can't I upload
multiple files into a folder in the File
Manager?
A. This can occur if the folder has a
special character in the name. Make sure the
name doesn't contain a/n (!@#$%^&*";:")
