  • For the 16th consecutive year, Salisbury University is ranked as a 'Top Public Regional University in the North' by  U.S. News & World Report's Best Colleges for 2012-2013. Salisbury University's ranking in the 2013 edition is 11th and is one of Maryland's highest placing campuses. Based on this ranking, Salisbury University was also spotlighted on the U.S. News website by the Morse Code blog as a university that operates most efficiently.

  • For the 11th consecutive year, Salisbury University is ranked as a 'Best Regional University Among Both Public and Private Institutions in the North' by U.S. News & World Report's America's Best Colleges: 2013 EditionSalisbury University's top tier ranking in the 2013 edition is 47th.

  • For the 14th consecutive year, Salisbury University is ranked as one of the 'Nation's Best Institutions' by The Princeton Review's The Best 377 Colleges in America: 2013 Edition and is also noted as a 'Top Pick' in The Best Northeastern Colleges, 2013.

  • University Business magazine named Salisbury University a 'Model of Efficiency' for Spring 2012. Applauded for innovative approaches to streamline operations, Salisbury University was the only Maryland campus honored and one of only 16 recognized nationwide.

  • At the end of the 2011-12 season, Salisbury University's Athletics Program was recognized as the '13th Best Division III Program' in the country by the National Association of Collegiate Directors of Athletics (NACDA), United States Sports Academy and USA TODAY

  • For the 3rd consecutive year, The Princeton Review, in partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council, named Salisbury University as one of the top '322 Green Colleges for 2012'.

  • For the 5th consecutive year, Kiplinger's Personal Finance magazine has named Salisbury University one of its 2013 '100 Best Values in Public Colleges'.

  • For the second consecutive year, The Princeton Review, in partnership with USA Today, named Salisbury University among its 'Top 50 "Best Value" Public Colleges in the Nation'.
