  • Kiplinger’s Personal Finance magazine’s Top 100 “Best Values in Public Colleges” for 2015 (February 2015 issue) – 7th consecutive year; SU was included in earlier editions.  Also, Kiplinger’s “24 Best College Values Under $30,000 a Year.”

  • U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges for 2014-2015 (September 2014 issue) – 18th consecutive year.  SU is among the Best Regional Universities in the North. SU also is included on the “Best Colleges for Vets” list and the “A-plus Schools for B Students” list.

  • After being included in U.S. News & World Report’s Best Colleges for 2014-2015, SU was spotlighted on the U.S. News website by the Morse Code blog as a top-ranked regional university that operates most efficiently – 3rd consecutive year.  

  • Washington Monthly magazine’s “America’s Best Bang-For-The-Buck Colleges” (September/October 2014 edition).

  • The Princeton Review’s The Best 379 Colleges and The Best Northeastern Colleges for 2014-2015 (August 2014 editions) – 16th consecutive year.

  • Forbes magazine’s “America’s Top Colleges” for 2014 (August 2014 edition)

  • Money magazine’s “The Best Colleges for Your Money” for 2014 (August 2014 edition). 

  • The Princeton Review’s Guide to 332 Green Colleges:  2014 Edition (April 2014) – 5th consecutive year.  Published in partnership with the U.S. Green Building Council.

  • A University Business magazine “Model of Efficiency” for spring 2014.  Applauded for innovative approaches to streamlining operations, SU was the only Maryland campus honored and one of only 8 recognized nationwide.  (SU also honored in spring 2012) 

  • The Princeton Review (and USA Today) Top 80 “Best Value Public Colleges” for 2014 (January 2014) – SU also was included in 2009 and 2010.
