Student Diversity and Globalization Climate Survey

March 30, 2005 — April 10, 2005

The following items are intended to assess your perceptions of diversity and globalization at Salisbury University. We'd like to have your feedback on the campus climate, as well as the curriculum. The survey will take only 10 minutes to complete and your responses are anonymous. Please base your responses on YOUR personal experiences at SU. You may skip any items that you prefer not to answer.

You may also contact the Assistant to the Vice President for Academic Affairs of Institutional Diversity, Mr. Kevin Carreathers (ext. 36426) or the Director of Institutional Research, Assessment, & Accountability, Mr. Bryan Price (ext. 36023).

First, please provide the following information. These basic demographics are important because they help us to identify whether your opinions and experiences are similar to other individuals.
