Physical Education Major
Welcome to Salisbury University and the Department of
Health and Sport Sciences. You are
about to begin an exciting venture in your quest for
more knowledge. Our curriculum will challenge you
constantly, requiring your best effort at all times.
Physical Education is a unique and demanding discipline.
You will be taught to demonstrate knowledge from
cognitive, physical and affective perspectives. Our
program is designed to prepare you to be a well-rounded
physical educator. We are confident that you can reach
this goal as long as you remain committed to your
personal growth and professional achievement. On the
completion of the BS degree, we are certain that you
will look to your experiences here as gratifying.
