Employees of the Month

February 2018
Gail Larmore
Gail Larmore
Office Supervisor III
Office of Admissions
Gail was nominated by the Director of Admissions, Beth Skoglund for her valuable job knowledge, excellent performance and engagement in her work and SU. The nomination states, “Gail always goes above and beyond on every project she tackles…most recently we decided to go paperless first on the freshman side and then on the transfer side. We attempted this project right after our 30+ year transfer person retired and had recently hired on all new transfer staff. Gail was an integral part of making this process successful and ultimately saving us on budget and time. In addition, Gail works on a very complex budget for the admissions office and has just made some changes to improve how we track what we are spending. In addition, she has recently acquired helping on the international admissions budget as well. Gail is the go to person for training new staff on the office and helping with any question that we might not know the answer to.” In closing, the nomination states, “I really appreciate all that Gail does for the Admissions Office and all of her positive interactions with our staff, prospective families and University staff. Gail cares about SU and we are lucky to have her!”
