Christa was nominated by Dr. Emily Story, Chair and Associate Professor of History for her outstanding service and willingness to help. The nomination states that the History department lost their Administrative Assistant at one of the busiest moments in the academic year. “Christa stepped in and saved our department from potential chaos. She took care of contracts, entered our spring 2017 schedule, fulfilled countless support requests from our faculty, and has continued to support the department over the past several months while we’ve had a contingent administrative assistant in the office. Christa has performed all of this service with exceptional good humor and astonishing efficiency and on top of her existing responsibilities to two other Fulton School departments.” Letters of support for Christa’s nomination were received and echo Dr. Story’s statements of the outstanding level of efficiency and competence Christa demonstrates. In closing, Dr. Story said, “On behalf of my colleagues in the History department, I give my strongest endorsement for Christa for consideration as Employee of the Month.”
