Iva was nominated by a member of management for her superb customer service, high level of integrity and excellent work ethic. The nomination states “Iva is willing to assist anyone she encounters above and beyond her job duties. Iva always puts customers first. She is an expert in customer service. Our office consistently receives feedback regarding how people enjoy working with her. Our customers can be very demanding at times and it is a very difficult job to balance keeping our customers happy with maintaining positive working relationships with co-workers in other departments on campus. Iva does an excellent job with empathizing with all parties involved. Iva always puts the needs of Salisbury University first while somehow keeping her customers satisfied. This is not an easy task and she is to be commended for the great job that she does.” In closing, the nomination recognizes, “Iva is a hard worker with high integrity who takes pride in everything she does.”
