Toni was nominated by another staff member for her outstanding customer service and commitment to excellence. The nomination states, 'Toni has been instrumental in keeping TETC Satellite Dining operations a successful and thriving operation. She prides herself on keeping her unit clean, organized and fresh.' A letter of support states, 'Toni is a team player and has adapted well to change over the past couple of years. She is always thinking outside the box and has made many useful suggestions to improve retail dining.' A second letter of support states, 'Toni keeps the TETC satellite area running very smoothly while doing a number of other tasks. She is an effective member of the University demonstrating core values and purpose including character, collaboration, respect and service to the campus community.' In closing, a third letter of support recognizes, 'When I supervised Toni, it was always great to know, as a manager, that I had such a conscientious employee that took pride in her work who could always be counted on for excellence in job performance and customer satisfaction. Her attitude and demeanor are everything you want from an employee.'
