Office Clerk II University Dining Services
Betty was nominated by Owen Rosten, Director, University Dining Services, for demonstrating exceptional teamwork and for her extraordinary contributions to Dining Services. The nomination recognizes, “Betty is a valued and trusted part of Dining Services. She has a ‘can do’ attitude that does not restrict her to what would be considered the normal functions in her position. Betty volunteered and did an exhaustive search, review and sourcing of new uniforms for University Dining Services that not only saved significant University money…but provided our staff with uniforms that are fresh, easier to maintain and much more comfortable…” The nomination also recognizes how helpful Betty was with Mr. Rosten’s transition to Salisbury University and how her assistance shortened his learning curve. “Betty is a ‘go to’ person and is very deserving of the trust and respect she enjoys from the University Dining team.”
