Crystal was nominated by a staff member for her superb customer service, creative skills and continuous willingness to help others. The nomination states, “Crystal has been consistent with attention-getting designs…and when we call her with projects, many times with no idea of how we want to proceed, she confidently offers suggestions in a kind and courteous manner despite how busy she must be.” A letter of support from Susan Eagle, Assistant Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations, says, “Crystal is always willing to lend a hand, a creative idea, a production tip or trouble-shooting suggestion at a moment’s notice. She embraces a comprehensive approach to problem solving and makes sure that projects are handled correctly from initial concept to finished product….Even under very tight deadlines, she keeps her focus and meets or exceeds the needs of her clients. Her professional demeanor has made a very positive impression on her co-workers and clients alike.” The nomination concludes by saying, “Crystal’s creativity, friendly attitude, and top-notch customer service have made her a go-to specialist within the University.”
