Michelle received a nomination from Michele Nelson and Ellen Fykes, Program Management Specialists in the Perdue School of Business, for her professionalism and positive attitude. The nomination letter stated that Michelle 'works tirelessly and flawlessly under pressure and is always willing to help others when needed.” In notes of support from various members of the SU community as well as external contacts, Michelle is portrayed as being proactive, organized, and a positive influence on those around her in either the way she handles stressful situations or with her ever-present smile. In closing, Dean Wood’s letter of support summarizes “Michelle is an example to the other staff in the building and is a colleague in its truest sense.”
