Salisbury University offers a full range of benefits to its regular employees. Many are a part of the State of Maryland's benefits menu, or flexible benefits plan, which allows employees to choose their benefits and pay for them with pre-tax dollars. Permits employees to set aside up to $2,600 of pre-tax pay and then be reimbursed for health care expenses that are not covered by insurance. Reimbursement forms are available in the Human Resources Office and on the vendor's website below.
