Salisbury University is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Work Control Manager.

Primary Job Duties: Manage the day to day operations of the Department of Physical Plants computerized work order and preventative maintenance system to include but not limited to the hiring of student workers, overseeing the proper documentation of work orders, managing the work flow process and implementing improvements as needed, training operators, establishing procedures, etc.

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree and at least three years related experience working in a central work order process center or comparable environment.

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage and oversee the operation of the Department of Physical Plant computer maintenance management system (CMMS). Ability to provide support of managing a central work order processing center (Facility Repair Center), receiving and managing work orders & preventative maintenance equipment inventory, hiring and training student operators, creating reports to assist supervisors with assigning and scheduling work, as well as creating and updating reports from the CMMS.

This is a full-time exempt State position with a full benefits package.
