Residence Halls

Our halls offer a number of opportunities for students to interact with their peers and begin the transition into independent living.  We have a few different room options for students to choose from which each offer comparable living space per person.

Single Occupancy
    Dogwood Village - $2775
    Manokin/Pocomoke/Nanticoke/Wicomico - $2925
    Choptank/Chester/Severn - $2925

Double Occupancy
    Manokin/Pocomoke/Nanticoke/Wicomico - $2650

Sea Gull Square (12 month contract)
     $675/month per student for 4 bed/2 bath unit ($4050/semester)   
        *Spring 2012 students are billed for 7 months (Jan-Aug; $4725/semester)
     $705/month per student for a 4 bed/4 bath unit and 2 bed/2 bath unit ($4230/semester)

Students living on west campus are required to have an A, B or C meal plan.  Students living in Chesapeake Hall and Sea Gull Square do have the option of also picking D, E or no meal plan.  Please visit the Dining Services web page to find out more about the different meal plan options.
