(1) As an RA, your time management skills are crucial!  Describe how the RA position will fit into your schedule and how you will divide your time between your commitments (i.e. studies, clubs, activities, sports, personal time, etc.).  What do you do for fun?  Consider how you manage time without the RA job, and with the RA job.  Please feel free to discuss adjustments you may have to make if you become an RA.
(2) Self-assessment is a key component for success in the RA position.  List at least two strengths and two challenges you see in yourself.  In assessing your challenges, please include what you will do to improve those challenging areas.
(3) Describe any experience you have had in community building, and any specific initiative you have contributed to the community building process.  Please feel free to talk about any mentoring or counseling experience you have had as well as leadership roles, and any background experience in group facilitation.
