The Resident Director position at Salisbury University has provided me with a variety of opportunities for growth and development in my professional endeavors.  Besides the ability to manage a residence hall, I am able to serve on various committees that allow me to experience many other aspects of student affairs.  I also feel our department
is a close knit team that values everyone’s opinions
and is committed to ensuring a successful academic
career for all SU students.

My experience at Salisbury University has been by far a great experience. The Resident Director position has given me the opportunity to utilize my skills in many different ways by being able to work with different departments and my RA staff. As a native of New Jersey, I have enjoyed gaining insight regarding the Salisbury community and building awesome relationships. This experience has additionally opened my eyes even more to the many
opportunities that a career in Student Affairs can offer.

My overall experience at Salisbury University has been above amazing. I attended the University for my undergraduate career as well and have further found that the students and staff create a sense of home that cause me to love my job more and more everyday! I honestly feel like this is a second home to me and look forward to the amazing year that is to come!
