The five-story Sea Gull Square (SGS) is home to SU upperclassmen in 185 apartment-style units with a variety of floor plans.  Designed with the busy student in mind, you'll soon discover that SGS offers the best in housing right on main campus.

Apartment Pricing - year round contract

-4 bed x 2 bath - $4080/semester (95% of all units)
-4 bed x 4 bath - $4260/semester (limited units available)
-2 bed x 2 bath - $4260/semester (limited units available)

**Sea Gull Square is billed in two installments: August and January.  Please contact the Cashier's Office (payment options) or Financial Aid (financial assistance) should you have specific questions regarding these processes.
