Building Description

  • Manokin Hall is a student traditional hall built in 1964.
  • Manokin Hall houses only female students.  It is for new students.
  • Number of Floors: 3 
  • Rooms: 47 (mostly doubles)

  • Resident Director and 4 Resident Assistants

  • Room sizes may vary, but rooms are approximately 9' x 12'6". 
  • Rug size is 8' x 12'. 
  • Windows - 1st floor 67" x 44", 2nd floor 58" x 44", 
    3rd floor 54" x 44

  • Each room opens into a common hallway. 
  • Community bathrooms with private showers, sinks and stalls
  • Gull Card-operated vending and laundry facilities and TV lounges in basement and on second floor.  Vending machines also take cash.
  • Quiet studying lounge on first floor

  • Beds are in a loft system (can be taken apart).
