Expectations
  • Create a living learning environment conducive to sleep and study.
  • Participate in building and area programming.
  • Provide availability to residents during daily office hours.
  • Add to a vibrant campus community.
Job Description
 
  • Manage residence hall community.
  • Supervise four to five undergraduate resident assistants.
  • Adjudicate disciplinary hearings.
  • Assume on-call responsibilities for on-campus students.
  • Collaborate with Office of Student Activities, Organizations and Leadership for programs and services.
  Remuneration
 
  • Furnished one-bedroom apartment within residence hall.
  • Tuition waiver (up to 18 credits per year).
  • Meal plan during fall and spring semester.
  • Ten-month stipend.
  Qualifications
 
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Admission to Salisbury University graduate program.
  • Residence life or student affairs experience recommended.
  Selection Time Frame
 
  • Resume review begins February and continues until all positions are filled.
  • We will be interviewing at MAPC on February 28-29, 2008 at the University of Delaware.
  • Email cover letter, resume and three references to pjboggio@salisbury.edu by February 29 for preferred consideration.
